If you are a woman between the ages of 44 and 66 you have probably experienced or are experiencing intuition overload. Intuition overload is a commonly occurring ailment for many people. Few people discuss it and most people ignore it. Intuition overload can cause very real symptoms and exacerbate many chronic issues. Intuition overload can be a result of abuse, childhood roles, environmental conditioning or even the change of earth vibrations. Intuition overload is very real.

These are the 5 things you should know about intuition overload.

1. Chronic disease can create the condition of intuition overload.

The following is a list of typical chronic issues that are usually coupled with intuition overload. This list is by no means exhaustive.

Fibromyalgia

Chronic Fatigue

MS

Lymes

Thyroid disfunction

Lupus

2. Depression/Exhilaration – Having too much intuitive input can cause severe temporary bouts of depression and exhilaration, due to the ability to sense everyone’s feelings.

3. Feeling Stuck/Directionless - If you’ve asked the question “Why am I here and what is my purpose?” and did not receive an answer. Your intuition responded but the answer was either unacceptable or unnoticed. Having no clear definite sign or response you probably asked the questions again and again. Unfortunately not accepting the intuitive information the first time creates an energetic echo ad boomerang which leaves you stuck and directionless as the intuition returns.

4. Sleep Issues – Intuition communicates most clearly when your conscious mind is out of the way and when mind chatter from others is quiet. The inability to sleep can be you not wanting to take in what your intuition has to offer or receiving too much information.

5. Inability to cope with people and activities - Sometimes the activity of other people can create an energetic intuitive noise at such levels that you feel like you cannot breathe or think.

Learning how to control or limit how much intuitive information you receive will not cure any of the above issues, however it will allow you to see your way to helping you move beyond these issues. If you think you suffer from intuition overload, be sure to learn techniques on how to control the amount of information you receive. Let me make this point clear, DO NOT try to shut your intuition down, what you want to do is fine tune it. Be sure to find a good guide, spiritual teacher or a healthy intuitive to work with and learn from.

It’s not just about controlling your thoughts, but knowing what to do with all the input you receive. Your thoughts may not be your own but a reflection of one of the three levels of intuition.

Mastering your intuition can be the difference between moving toward fulfillment and the inability to cope with life.

As the health-care debate or as I call it “disease-care” continues to rage in America, infecting and offending people in Canada and England through lies and mis-information. I’d like to offer some useful information to help our readers discern what good health care is about.

Health-care does not mean that every imbalance requires an MRI, expensive medications and surgery. Conversly banishing all invasive procedures, medications and all physicians as some in the alternative health care field would have you believe isn’t the solution either. Holistic health-care does not mean that you become a Luddite, a tree hugger or rely solely on psychic powers.

An integrative medicinal approach to health means approaching health issues with the least invasive procedure and gradually progressing to more invasive procedures after careful assessment allowing for time. Integrative medicine uses all possible means available to assess and treat a person. Assesment requires questioning, observation, intuition, and tests. Treatment may begin with relaxation exercises through energy medicine, reiki, nutriments, medications and finally operations.

Did you know that Traditional Chinese Medicine works in this manner? As a matter of fact, using accupuncture in TCM is one of the most invasive procedures a practioner can do . A true practitioner begins with non-invasive procedures such as diet and exercise then continues on to herbs, massage and finally accupuncture. Here in the west, we go “straight for the kill”. We suffer from “getter dun syndrome”, which doesn’t account for the elegance of our biology and physiology.

We suffer from industrial age thinking. When something falls apart, we break it down to its smallest pieces, fix the pieces or replace them, then put it back together again. Henry Ford helped develop an efficient way to make cars, he also created the specialist. Now we have specialists for different parts of our bodies and lives. Our thinking is wrong. Our bodies are not machines. They are biological intelligent organisms. A machine may mimic the body, a computer may mimic the brain, not the other way around. Our approach to health care shouldn’t mimic a body shop. Unfortunately our current system of “disease-care” functions in this exact manner.

I recently read an excellent blog post by Dr. Andrew Weil about how our healthcare industrial complex has subverted the elegence of our biology and created high tech solutions with frightening names for common ailments that require simple lifestyle changes.

Integrative medicine allows for the elegance of our body/mind complex. Your health and lack of health is a whole intelligent system. Our disease care system would have you think otherwise.

I’ve been watching the circus surrounding the health-care debate and thought to put my in my two cents. First things first, we are not having a discussion about health-care in America, we are having a discussion about disease-care.

If you want health-care, the question is how empowered are you to take matters in to your own hands? The issue is health-care, not insurance, not bottom line, not how much it costs to have procedures done to you once you’ve gotten ill or had an accident.

What kind of insurance policy to you have in life to promote your own health-care?

These are the basic insurance policies you need for your health.

1. Education
Do you educate yourself about your body and its needs? Did you know that 75% of all Americans cannot name and locate their organs? Did you know that 43% of Americans suffer from common gastro-intestinal disorders? We are talking constipation, abdominal pain or discomfort and bloating. Did you know that most of these are easily rectified with simple dietary changes, yet are the beginning of many diseases?

2. Exercise
Do you actually take the time to exercise? You don’t need run marathons but you do need to move every day. Our bodies are built to move. We are not meant to be sedentary and automate every action. Throw away your remote controls America at least for turning on and off the TV and changing the channels. Don’t look for the closest spot, just park and walk. I know most of my readers are beyond the basics but this is the message we should be hearing about health-care, not about violence at town hall meetings.

3. Rest, Relaxation and Sleep
Did you know that sleep and sleep-related problems play a role in a large number of human disorders and affect almost every field of medicine? For example, problems like stroke and asthma attacks tend to occur more frequently during the night and early morning, perhaps due to changes in hormones, heart rate, and other characteristics associated with sleep. Sleep also affects some kinds of epilepsy in complex ways.

Overworking, over worrying and stressful lives help create sleep dis-functions. Create a practice during your day to dump, or download the problems and bring your mind to a still point.

4. Cleansing programs
You wash the outside of your body everyday but have you given thought to the insides?
How your body processes your food is more important than what you put into it. Yes it is important to provide your body with clean food, water and nutrients. But if your body is not processing the things you put in it, you might as well be adding clean water to mud. You still get mud.

These are the first 4 steps and there are many more.

Start with this type of insurance policy. This type of health-care will eliminate 75% of all diseases. Unfortunately this is not part of our political discussion. Demand of yourself that you will create your own health-care policy and stick to it. Perhaps if each of us as individuals maintain ourselves then we can say good bye to expensive treatments to treat simple issues. Our current disease-care system will shrink and become affordable.

I’ve been a carnivore, vegan, vegetarian, lacto-ovo vegetarian, flex-arian, you name it, I’ve been it. Today I would say that I am an intuitive eater. It’s not that I’ve failed at maintaining any specific sort of diet its just that when I first changed the diet I inherited from my family, I chose to eat healthy. Meaning, my body’s health was the first criteria for the type of food I put into it. At that time, I had alot of cleansing to do, I became a vegan. I cut out all sugar, caffeine, dairy, meat, and alcohol in one day. I also went organic. Yes, it was a bit drastic, but when I make a decision I do it. At that time I was introduced to Raw Foods Diets and realized I love raw foods. I also learned that I couldn’t do a 100% raw diet as it goes against my constitution and is difficult for me to digest. I just can’t eat it all the time.

Being a Vegan helped me deal with high levels of uric acid in my blood. I felt great. Unfortunately, I couldn’t eat with anyone and there where only a handful of restaurants I could eat out at. Even then after going to a restaurant that was vegan, I ate something that had sugar in it. What a lesson, instantaneous head-ache. Once I ate what I thought was vegetable soup, but it had chicken broth in it. Again, my body reacted immediately.

That’s when I realized that although I was trying to eat a pristine diet, I lived in a world that was not. My body reacted every time I put something in it that I thought was toxic. My social life was also limited because, I couldn’t eat out with friends, and my family no longer knew how or what to feed me. I was setting myself up to a pretty solitary life. I knew that this was no way to live.

I also became an avid runner. I trained for and ran in the New York City Marathon. The more active I became the more protein I required. Once again, I listened to my body and began introducing different types of protein, until I started eating fish. That’s where my diet stayed for a very long time. I ate mainly a vegetarian diet with some fish.

I was able to eat with other people and go out to many restaurants with little to no conflict. I prefer to eat organic, but I learned that not being at war with my food is healthier than eating a few things that are off my diet. Many years went by and my body was doing well eating mainly a vegetarian diet. Then I started noticing a shift. Time the greatest force of change started knocking at my door. My body started changing its hormonal levels. My body started asking for even more protein. At first I resisted because I was disgusted by the thought of adding meat to my diet. I asked myself, “What are my priorities? Am I tied to an ideology or am I committed to my health and well being?” The response for me is always the same, I choose health and well being. I gave my body chicken and non-fatty meat. My body responded with vibrant health once again.

Even now as my body’s hormones stabilize, my diet is changing. I am no longer finding the need to add as much protein to my diet. Throughout the changes one thing has remains the same. My body craves, clean food to maintain health, no pesticides, preservatives, no additional hormones and no GMO’s.

Experience has taught me that my body needs change. My needs are different than someone else’s needs. A woman has different requirements than a man. An adult has different needs than a child. Our genetics have a great influence on our food requirements, so does as the climate we live in, the time of year and the time of day. Life asks us to change, our bodies change and we must shift our food attitudes to shift along with life and its challenges for better health.

Many of my clients have been compromised physically, mentally and emotionally by coming into contact with parasites, vampires and symbiotes. The impact of the contact can be devastating. We are all too familiar with the physical diseases they cause, Lyme’s, Viruses and various digestive diseases, to name a few, but also in the esoteric sense. During a Medical Intuitive session, we work with the various lifestyle changes, nutrition, specific therapies, energy medicine and finding the origination point which sets up the conditions for the vampiric, parasitic or symbiotic contact.

Let’s define each separately an then explore them from their symbolic perspectives.

Vampire - In traditional folklore The living dead who once invited preys on the blood of their victim finally turning them into living dead or killing them. The archetype of a vampire something or someone who preys ruthlessly on others, giving the illusion of bestowing power and immortality to the victim.

A Vampire is always invited into the home. You could say that Bernard Madoff is a modern day vampire. His victims invited him into their financial lives and where blinded by the possibility of lucrative gain. Secret societies are also examples of a vampiric structure. It is very difficult to remove a vampire from your life because you are seduced by the magnetism and power of a vampire. In order to get rid of a vampire you must bring it into the light of day and completely burn it or it may return.

Parasite – An organism that lives in or on another organism (host) and benefits by deriving nutrients at the hosts expense A parasite archetype is a person or institution which habitually relies on or exploits others and gives nothing in return.

Unlike a vampire, a parasite is not invited specifically but takes advantage of an open door to enter. People who have parasites preying on them often feel like victims, which just weakens the host and gives the parasite more of a strong hold. Removing parasites may be difficult or simple, depending on how deep and widespread the parasite or parasites may be. A parasite lives off of a weakened condition as opposed to a vampire which looks for a strong host. If we were to look at current institutions, one could say that the bank credit system and the health industry have a parasitic relationship to the people. They are stronger when the people are weak, but they have no desire to kill off the people, just feed off them.

Symbiote - from the french to live together. An organism that lives with another organism (host), the relationship may or may not be beneficial to both parties. Lately our culture is using fiction, in particular science fiction and comics to explore this archetype. are using this as this can be a very dramatic relationship.

A symbiote is most interesting because there is no clear understanding of which side most benefits. It is in the best interest of both the host and the symbiote to provide the best conditions for each other in order to survive. Some symbiotic relationships allow the host to thrive, others create a great deal of trauma. The ending the symbiotic relationship usually is the demise of both the symbiote and the host, unless both are able to find a new separate symbiotic relationships. Most good marriages are symbiotic. The relationship of the media and entertainment industry to people is also an example of symbiosis.

A symbiotic relationship requires alertness and consciousness so the balance of power does not shift from the host to the symbiote.

Chronic conditions associated with each of these types of relationships. A chronic disease is a disease that lasts for three months or more. These are some possibilities of diseases associated with these archetypes.

Vampire – Depression, Cancer, Lyme, Chronic Fatigue, Sexually Transmitted Diseases

Parasite – Arthritis, Depression, Cancer, Chronic Fatigue, Lyme, Crone’s

Symbiote – Arthritis, Cancer, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Diabetes, Syndrome X

Become aware of these archetypes in your life. Bring them to the light of day so you can create a thriving happier, healthier life.
